Get help with your Chirurgenkurs account, practicing questions, payment, and preparation for the Swiss Basisexamen Chirurgie. If you cannot find an answer, contact us.

Account and sign-in

Create an account with email or Google. Use the password reset link on the sign-in page if needed. Account details can be updated from My Account after signing in.

Access and payment

Paid access lasts 12 months with no automatic renewal. If access does not appear after payment, sign out and back in, wait a few minutes, and refresh. Contact us with your payment confirmation if the issue continues.

Using the question bank

From your dashboard, choose a subject or mixed test, set the number of questions, and select tutor or timed mode. Your progress is saved while you work. Flagged, incorrect, and unanswered questions can be reviewed later.

Reporting an issue

Use the feedback control during a session or email chirurgenkurs@gmail.com with details about the question or technical problem.
